FYI: I almost wrote “Tattered Goat” up there. (Okay, so it made me laugh…)
Anyways!! Zoe is about to begin her next tale. Are you on the edge of your seats?
Boorman deserves many props (also snaps) for getting us this far. He also deserves a rest. :)
Valerie Reupert will be joining us next week for some TC action. In the meantime…

(Missed pages? Read part 1 and the rest of part 2.)
Thank you, Adam, for all the work you’ve put into this thing.

We know we’re totally telling tales out of school (wait, no, that’s not right) , but we figure you’ve waited long enough. :)

As always, if you’re new (yay!) and need to get caught up, the first chapter is here, second chapter is here.
Interview on Thursday with my good pal, the havoc-wreakin’ zombie-makin’ Jeff Zornow.

New to SCHEHERAZADE? Welcome! Read the prologue here, and the previous “Marcos” installments here.

Next up: this Thursday, my old flame Mark Waid stops by for a seat in the comfy chair. Yowza! Stay tuned!

Hey, everyone. Just wanted to make a few administrivia-style announcements regarding my little corner of the Chemistry Set.
First, no SCHEHERAZADE update today. But! Adam is working on the next pages and should have something for a weekend update. Yay!
Second, thanks to everyone who came by the Chemistry Set table at the New York Comic Con this past weekend. Thanks for the tons of love you showered our way – we feel it! And an extra-special shout-out to our own lovely Kevin Colden, who organized the table and kept things running smoothly all weekend.
I know things have been kinda slow on Thursdays. Between quitting my job, spending over a week in Maine (visiting my gorgeous best friend and doing research on my first young adult novel), and getting my freelance writing gigs off the ground, I’ve been a little swamped. Thankfully, I’m settling into a routine now and my activity around here will pick up accordingly. Here are a few of the tricks up my sleeve:
That’s it!

THE CHEMISTRY SET is a collective of comic creators, exploring what happens when they throw their talents together in the cause of fresh, new, unexpected work. Sometimes we get beautiful synthesis. Sometimes we get explosions. But in every case, we get new comics, delivered every day by talented up-and-coming creators, including three Xeric Award winners.
Always free, and just for you.
Be part of the experiment here on THE CHEMISTRY SET.
