Kid Houdini and the Silver Dollar Misfits, Page 6

Welcome, welcome to the sixth installment of Kid Houdini and the Silver Dollar Misfits. We thank you for joining us on this auspicious occasion and invite you to join us next Wednesday for our seventh episode as we find out what’s become of Master Houdini since his unfortunate apprehension by the wicked Professor Murat.

I apologize for the short commentary, but I’m afraid I’m still battling that nasty influenza bug. Hopefully–by next week–it will only be a bad memory.

Until then,
Dwight L. MacPherson (with Worth Gowell and Kevin Conley)

Ahhhh, early summer. May of 1887. It was nice to get away from the gloomy setting of the freight car. When I approached the next series of pages, …(be patient), I tried to evoke the warmth and loamy scent of this season. There’ll be earthy tones backsetting the warm, tanned cast of characters. You’ll dig it! The story gets it’s next conflict next week…Same Kid time, same Kid channel…!
