On the 81st Anniversary of Houdini’s Death… Kid Houdini Page 1!

Posted by DwightMacPherson on Wednesday, October 31 2007 at 12:01 am

Welcome, boils and ghouls, to the very first page of Kid Houdini and the Silver Dollar Misfits!

If you grew up on The Hardy Boys, Nancy Drew, Scooby Doo, Sherlock Holmes, or simply love a good mystery… boy, are you ever in for a treat!

Each story arc will chronicle a specific case. Our first case is titled “The Case of the Lost Miner’s Gold,” and it’s a doozy!

We appreciate you joining us on All Hallow’s Eve for this celebration of the life of one of the most enigmatic, revered and brilliant performers to ever live. The man is dead but his legend only continues to grow. It is fair to say that he achieved what he wished so desperately for in life: immortality.

Long live Kid Houdini and the Silver Dollar Misfits!

Until next week,
Dwight L. MacPherson (with Worth Gowell and Kevin Conley)

Thanks, man! “Kid Wolverine?” That sounds like a Marvel pitch I need to make. ;-)
