It’s out!
Appearing in this week’s Negative Burn #9 is a comic I did with Eric Adams called Stuart. Previously published in Four Stories, it is a 6 page story about a young boy who brings a little bit of his precocious personality to a cold hospital’s halls that he calls home. Did I mention it’s running in the Image Comics / Desperado Publishing’ book Negative Burn #9?
Don’t take my word for it…. ask my gorgeous wife and spokesperson:

Need further proof?

And behold the power of alphabetizing when it comes to two creators with last names starting with “A”!

We got top billing, over such luminaries as Dean Haspiel, Michael Gaydos, Michel Fiffe, Shannon Eric Denton and fellow Chemsetter Jim Dougan! Just kidding, guys!
Negative Burn #9 is in stores now. If you don’t see it, berate your comic store owner mercilessly!

1 Way Ticket chapter four is coming …. just not this week. Dan and I are working on a new way of presenting the comics starting with this chapter to make them better readable for this webcomics format and make them more enjoyable for you — our readers. We’ve got some big things planned for this series, and we appreciate you sticking with us for the 22 pages so far and the pages yet to come.
Come back next week and we’ll have something to warm your comics-reading souls.

Catch up on the story so far, with Pages One and Two. Now for Page Three, which I think is Umberto’s loveliest (and creepiest) so far:

Please come back next Tuesday, March 6 for Page 4!

Welcome back to TODT HILL, everyone! Thanks for bearing with our extended break, for which I take full responsibility (don’t shoot the writer). I’ve been playing catch-up on some paying work and putting the finishing touches on some really big, soon-to-be-announced projects as well (I also got married somewhere in there, too).
Be sure to check out the Chemistry Set table today and all weekend at NYCC, where Neil and I will be lurking much of the time, and check out the first part of TODT if you haven’t already!
Love and stuff,
Kev

Heads up to all Chemset fans, as two of our own have stories in the just-released anthology Slave Labor Stories: Too Stupid To Quit, To Mean to Die. Organized to celebrate SLG Publish’s 20th Anniversary, Todt Hill’s Neil Kleid and 1 Way Ticket’s Daniel Warner each contribute stories. Neil’s is called “Haunted Office”, and Dan’s is titled “The Pitches”.
Best of all? You can get it today - as a $1.99 download from Eyemelt.com or a print copy from from Lulu.com. Congratulations to SLG, Dan Vado, Jennifer de Guzman and our own Kleid and Warner for making the book.
