You can catch up on Pages 1 and 2 here, and Page 3 here.
Now that you’re all caught up, the plot (pun intended) thickens with Page 4 (the knowledgeable reader will notice that I’ve stolen a line from Sergio Leone. I fess up - if you have to steal, steal from the best, I say.):

I gotta say that there are a few genres that, by and large, baffle me. Fantasy/sword and sorcery, pirates, and westerns. Thank Jesus that I get to conquer my fears with two of those genres here at The Chemistry Set. With TODT HILL and VULTURE GULCH. The thing I’m enjoying the most with VG is the pace. There’s this old axiom in comics writing where you end every page on a cliffhanger (to promote the turning of pages) and Dougan’s got that down. What I’m looking forward to is the next chapter because, depending on who it is, the look of the book will change and Eric’s use of inks is so important right now because, duh, it’s nighttime.
Bada-bop-bop-ba, I’m lovin’ it.

Thanks! Eric and I are really conscious of the page-to-page pacing here, given how this is being released. Glad it’s working for you.
